Reduction of set-up change working hours with guided bore gage

In the measurement after ID process a guided bore gage for determining the position for inserting a work is used. In the replacement of guides carried out when replacing the steps, it has been generally regarded to be a difficult task requiring experienced skills. The new guided bore gage “BG-100 gage” has dramatically reduced the time for replacing the guide by employing a method in which the replaced parts used for changing the measurement diameter are dubbed and fixed to the reference surface. In addition, a model with retract function that won’t leave the insertion trace of a probe on aluminum work is available.
