Improvement of stability

More stable precision is required for sizing devices with the progress of work precision. For example, such a sizing device is required that can start up quickly after a break and keep stabilized precision even under a Factory environment where the temperature changes.

Newly developed in-process measuring head for outside diameter “MOD Gage” and the in-process measuring head for internal diameter “MID Gage”, and the general-purpose measuring head “ΓII” and “ΓIII” gages can solve these challenges. In addition to the mechanism design in consideration of the temperature characteristics, the installed high performance differential transformer sensor can achieve stability comparable to the highly appreciated advanced precision measuring head “Super Σ”.

Compact and space-saving

With the downsizing of grinders, the measuring head is also greatly downsized. Especially, the “ΓIIGage” can be installed on a limited space by the incorporation of the retract air cylinder. Small grinders without hydraulic mechanism are also fully supported with the models of air driving unit: MOD Gage, MID Gage, Γll Gage and Γlll Gage . The durability has been dramatically improved by designing the seal and the bearing materials. And corresponds to diversified coolant.
