Products for Grinding Process

In the grinding process, data measured during or before/after the machining must be fed back to control the machine tool in real time. The PULCOM series of TOKYO SEIMITSU, developed with a high precision measuring system of the submicron level, significantly higher than that of previous products, accommodate processing technologies that are increasingly demanding higher precision. The automatic sizing head is designed to be waterproof to withstand the grinding process performed in a pouring coolant, and the temperature characteristic is also improved to maintain accuracy under wide-ranging ambient temperatures. Applications for the grinding process such as automatic balance correction of the grinding wheel and dressing detection are also available.
